Reciprocal Learning and Cultural exchange prograM

Building Global Citizens, One Journey at a Time

At WE-CARE Foundation, we believe that education goes beyond the walls of a classroom. It thrives in communities, in relationships, and in the shared experiences that shape how young people see themselves and the world around them.

The Reciprocal Learning and Cultural Exchange Program (RLCEP) is a unique cultural and educational exchange that allows young leaders from both the United States, Liberia and Sweden to immerse themselves in one another’s communities. Through travel, service, dialogue, and shared traditions, participants gain a deeper understanding of global challenges and collective solutions—while also building empathy, leadership skills, and a commitment to community transformation.

In this dynamic partnership between V3 Sports, WWLLC (Wokie Weah LLC), and WE-CARE Foundation, participants engage in real-world learning experiences that explore youth empowerment, education systems, cultural identity, and social responsibility. The exchange is designed to uplift voices from historically marginalized communities, offering young leaders the tools, experiences, and global perspective to return home with renewed purpose.

Why It Matters

For many participants, this exchange is more than a travel opportunity—it’s a life-changing journey. Whether visiting Monrovia for the first time or reconnecting with family roots, youth have described the experience as transformative, eye-opening, and deeply emotional.

Reciprocal Learning and Cultural Exchange Program

Partnership
at the Core

This program wouldn’t be possible without the powerful partnership between V3 Sports (North Minneapolis, USA), WWLLC, and WE-CARE Foundation. Together, we share a vision of developing globally aware, community-centered youth leaders. The collaboration ensures that the exchange is rooted in mutual respect, cultural exchange, and long-term impact—not just for the participants, but for the communities they touch.

Reciprocal Learning and Cultural Exchange Program

A Legacy of Impact

The Reciprocal Learning Exchange Program has already left a lasting mark on its participants, who return home more informed, more inspired, and more committed to social change. Many continue to work on cross-cultural initiatives, organize youth empowerment activities, and advocate for equity in education and opportunity. For WE-CARE, this program aligns with our mission to create a world where youth are not only literate but empowered to lead with compassion, courage, and creativity.
